Payment Methods
Sisters of The Earth and Sea accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. E-Check payments through Paypal take an average of 4 days to clear. Your order will be processed once the payment has cleared.

Returned or Refused Orders
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Privacy Policy
Sisters of The Earth and Sea does not share customer information including email or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on the orders received.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers. Sisters of The Earth and Sea will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current.

Sales Tax
Sisters of The Earth and Sea is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website will be the the most current.

Back Order Policy
Sisters of The Earth and Sea will ship out backordered items as soon as they come in, unless the item is under $5.00. If the item is under $5.00, we will notify you to reorder the item along with an estimated due date.

Return Policy
Returns
If you need to return a product to Sisters of The Earth and Sea you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing contact@sistersofearthandsea.com or by calling us at 1-254-698-2171. You must have the original invoice number to reference. Sisters of The Earth and Sea will only accept items for return that are approved. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Sisters of The Earth and Sea will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Sisters of The Earth and Sea.
